(1) Nepal Government shall keep a separate inventory of khark land nationalized in accordance with section 3 in the land office and entrust the land to the local rural municipality for conservation and grazing. However, this sub-section shall not be considered as a hindrance to the government of Nepal from giving the land of more than one rural municipality to more than one rural municipality. Apart from the work, the land shall not be used or allowed to be used for any other work.
